Breakfast made up of local typical products: brioches made in house, milk, coffee, cappucino, tea, jams ,corn flakes, biscottate slices.
The first breakfast comes served at table or at bar.

A refrigerator and on hand of the host.

The prices indicate agree to room (with private bath) at night and comprise the service of night's passing with first breakfast, supply bed linen and from complete bath, cleanliness of the room. But particular requirements or agreements the rooms taken with the owners can be occupied beginning from hours 12,00 or 13,00 of the arrival day and must be freed within hours 10,00 of the day of the departure.
We pray to you however to communicate in advance the hour of arrival.

With little rooms unfortunately it is not always easy to please all the demands. For this the reservation is thought only confirmed with the deposit of a account correspondent to 30% of the cost of the entire stay through money order or discount.

For all the periods they come guaranteed cleanliness every day and change of all the linen 2 times to the week.
